The AIT School of Management successfully organized the Business Competency Development Program from 9th –12th February 2026. Led by Dr. Sundar Venkatesh, Program Director, the program brought together professionals from the banking and financial sectors for an enriching four-day learning experience at AIT. Designed to enhance managerial and strategic leadership capabilities, the program focused on business innovation, organizational development, and cross-border collaboration.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions, case analyses, and dynamic discussions facilitated by Dr. Sundar Venkatesh, Dr. Tobias Endress, Dr. Gerard Tocquer, and Dr. Manachaya Uruyos. Drawing on their extensive academic expertise and industry experience, the faculty blended rigorous academic insights with practical, real-world applications to enrich the
learning experience.
A representative from Nepal shared heartfelt feedback about the experience: “Thank you, Dr. V, for organizing this wonderful training. It has made it possible for us to have the opportunity to be part of a prestigious institution like AIT.”
