Digital transformation and data-driven decision-making are shaping the future of management, and my experience with the BADT program has been truly transformative. The program is meticulously designed courses seamlessly blend theory with practical application, taught by lecturers with extensive industry expertise. The program’s blended learning model is ideal for international working professionals like me. The coursework was primarily in a hybrid format, requiring trips to Bangkok every one to two months for intensive four-day sessions. These in-person interactions allowed me to engage deeply with complex topics and gain personalized insights from professors. Conversations during breaks helped me connect theoretical concepts to real challenges at work, turning knowledge into actionable insights and improving my performance in my current role.
