Faculty in Action: Dr. Endress awarded at Startup Grind Summit

Silicon Valley, USA – April 30, 2025 - In recognition of his ongoing efforts to foster the startup community in Southeast Asia, Dr. Tobias Endress, Chapter Director of Startup Grind Bangkok and Assistant Professor at the AIT School of Management, was awarded the “Steady Flame Award” for consistent and impactful event leadership over the years. The award was presented during the official Startup Grind Director Summit, which gathered community builders from all over the world.

He also attended the Startup Grind Global Conference 2025 in Silicon Valley, one of the world’s most influential gatherings for entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators for two days of talks, networking, and startup showcases — offering a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and international collaboration. As the Chapter Director of Startup Grind Bangkok, Dr. Endress had the pleasure of supporting two standout Thai startups — MUI-Robotics and OsseoLabs — that drew global interest for their cutting-edge innovations.

Their participation not only showcased Thailand's technological talent but also marked a significant step forward for regional innovation on the global stage.
