Executive Development program on Driving Digital Banking Transformation

AIT School of Management recently welcomed senior professionals from banking industry in Nepal for an intensive training program on Digital Banking Transformation & Leadership, held from 25th–28th March 2026.

Led by Dr. Sundar Venkatesh with Dr. Tobias Endress as part of the expert faculty, the program equipped participants with cutting-edge insights into AI-driven banking, fintech innovation, open banking, and digital financial infrastructure. Through interactive workshops and real-world case discussions, participants explored how to design innovative, customer-centric banking solutions and navigate the rapidly evolving financial landscape.

A key highlight was the engagement with global industry experts and a field visit to future-ready bank branches, offering valuable exposure to next-generation banking practices. The program concluded with participant project presentations and a certificate awarding ceremony.
