Executive Development Program in Corporate Banking

AIT School of Management recently hosted a group of senior bankers from Sri Lanka for an Executive Development Program in Corporate Banking during 1–5 June 2026. The program was led by Dr. Sundar Venkatesh, Program Director, together with AIT School of Management faculty experts Asst. Prof. Dr. Teerachai Arunruangsirilert, Mr. Deep Sen, and Mr. Bui Nguyen Tri. Through a combination of expert-led discussions and practical learning, participants strengthened their capabilities in corporate credit, financial analysis, cash flow-based lending, risk management, and relationship management.

The program provided valuable insights into emerging trends and developments shaping the banking industry while fostering the exchange of ideas, experiences, and best practices among banking professionals. Participants were encouraged to explore innovative approaches that can support the continued advancement of the banking sector in Sri Lanka, particularly in enhancing customer experience, operational effectiveness, and future-ready banking services.
