We are pleased to announce that two submissions from AIT- School of Management (AIT-SOM) have been accepted at the 18th Annual EuroMed Research Business Institute (EMRBI) Conference, to be held in Porto, Portugal, from 10-12 September 2025.
This year’s theme, “Exploring New Horizons in Business and Management,” highlights innovative research that addresses emerging issues and opportunities across a wide range of disciplines.
The following research papers for inclusion in the conference are:
1) “Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Customer Relationship Management: A Systematic Literature Review” by Thaw Thar Win Win Soe (Track: Digital Economy)
2) “Impact of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, and Financial Behavior on Financial Literacy: Insights from Thai Society” by Matthana Ploydsey (Track: Finance)

SOM extends its warm congratulations to Thaw Thar and Matthana on this achievement. We also acknowledge the valuable mentorship and guidance of Dr. Tobias Endress, Program Director of Business Analytics and Digital Transformation, who served as their Research Advisor.
Thaw Thar Win Win Soe is currently a 2nd year student of Business Analytics and Digital Transformation and Matthana Ploydsey completed Master of Science in International Finance in July 2025.
