SOM introduces "AI @ Work: AI for Executive Series"

AIT School of Management will launch AI @ Work, a new executive education program this October–November 2026 that offers professionals a pathway to understand the growing impact of artificial intelligence on business. AI for Strategic Transformation combines Harvard Business School’s online/on-demand course AI Essentials for Business with a series of live zoom sessions led by AIT SOM faculty. Participants who complete the HBS Online component will receive a digital certificate from Harvard Business School, along with an AIT SOM certificate of completion.

The program is designed for mid-level managers, senior executives, entrepreneurs and consultants who need a working understanding of AI's implications for strategy, operations, leadership, and organizational competitiveness, without requiring a technical background. The HBS Online component covers topics ranging from AI strategy and the concept of the "AI Factory" to generative AI, algorithmic ethics, and digital transformation leadership. The AIT SOM sessions will focus on practical managerial applications relevant to the regional business context.
