Business Competency Development Program for Executive Leaders

The AIT School of Management (AIT-SOM) successfully organized the Business Competency Development Program for Executive Leaders from 3–6 November 2025. The program, led by Dr. Sundar Venkatesh, Program Director, brought together professionals from the banking and financial sectors for an enriching four-day learning experience at AIT.

Designed to enhance managerial and strategic leadership capabilities, the program focused on business innovation, organizational development, and cross-border collaboration. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, case analyses, and discussions guided by AIT-SOM’s experienced faculty members, blending academic insights with real-world applications.

The representative from Nepal shared heartfelt feedback about the experience:
