The AIT School of Management (AIT-SOM) successfully conducted two batches of the Business Competency Development Program for Executive Leaders for banking professionals from Nepal during 4–7 May 2026 and 18–21 May 2026. The programs were delivered by AIT-SOM's distinguished faculty team led by Dr. Sundar Venkatesh, together with Dr. Tobias Endress, Dr. Muhammad Junaid, and Dr. Manachaya Uruyos.

Designed specifically for banking and financial sector leaders, the program provided participants with valuable insights into digital transformation, banking strategy, risk management, leadership development, change management, service branding, macroeconomic trends, and strategic partnerships. Through interactive discussions, practical case studies, and industry-focused learning, participants enhanced their capabilities to lead organizational growth, manage change, navigate emerging risks, and drive innovation within their institutions.
The successful completion of both batches reflects AIT-SOM’s continued commitment to developing future-ready leaders in the banking and financial services industry through executive education and customized professional development programs.
