🔷 Challenge Tracks Include
(Don’t worry if you’re unsure – just pick “Not sure yet” in the registration form and we’ll help you find a team and track during the hackathon!)
Communication & CRM for Scholarships
For students in business, analytics, IT, or management fields.
Help improve the follow-up and communication of donations and student scholarships. Think CRM systems, donor dashboards, payment tracking, and storytelling tools that connect sponsors with students in a meaningful way.
Water Supply for a Remote Mountain School
Best suited for engineering, environmental science, or development studies students.
Design practical and sustainable water supply systems for schools in hard-to-reach mountain areas. Focus areas could include water sourcing, storage, distribution, and filtration, particularly in areas with limited infrastructure.
Reinvention of Dorms / School Buildings in Rural Areas
Ideal for students from architecture, engineering, business, social sciences, and sustainability-related fields.
Reimagine affordable, modular, and sustainable school and dormitory buildings using models like Habitech or similar. You’ll consider not just the physical structure, but also cost, community needs, usability, and long-term viability.
Example: How might a dorm be built to support safety, comfort, learning, and community life, while staying within budget?
Business & Micropreneurship Models for Inclusion and Prosperity
For business, entrepreneurship, economics, or development-focused students — but open to all creative thinkers.
Create practical, small-scale business ideas that generate income in underserved areas. Focus on inclusion, local skills, low investment needs, and long-term impact.
Example: A handmade product brand for hill tribe women, or a mobile repair service in urban slums.
