- Working as a team with higher level teachers (Grade 8-9)
- Supervising and guiding the students’ academic progress
- Encouraging and motivating students to perform well during their learning time
- Explaining students’ academic question and assessing the student quality through questioning
- Assessing and grading overall students’ performance
- Hold regular parents meeting and have discussion about student’s performance and also keeping a report
 Good communication skill and work under pressure
 Got a knowledge of parent/ student needs and issues
