Established in 1996, the AIT Executive MBA has built a distinguished reputation for its specialized focus areas. We are excited to relaunch this program with two forward-thinking specializations—Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)—designed to equip executives with the skills needed for the future of business.
Our program is deeply rooted in Asia, with a strong presence across the ASEAN region and a diverse cohort of international, regional, and local students. Many of our graduates now hold senior leadership positions in businesses, governments, and NGOs across Vietnam, Myanmar, India, Pakistan, China, Japan, and Thailand.
Designed for maximum flexibility, our hybrid format allows participants to advance their careers while pursuing their EMBA, offering 9 courses over 11 months with minimal time away from the office. Additionally, students can participate in an international study week across the globe, further expanding their perspectives.

I am both honored and appreciative to be a member of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program. As the youngest participant and the sole Thai student in the class, I approached this opportunity with humility and an eagerness to learn from my esteemed professors and experienced classmates. Admission
& FEES
To be eligible for admission to the EMBA program, an applicant must:

Hold a bachelor's degree (generally from a four-year program) or its equivalent in an appropriate field of study from an institution of good standing acceptable to AIT;

Have undergraduate grades significantly above average; the minimum cGPA requirement for admission to the Master's Program is 2.75 or equivalent, at the bachelor degree level;

English Proficiency Requirement: AIT-EET:6 or IELTS-Academic:6 (writing 6) or TOEFL IBT: 80 (writing 21-23) or PTE Academic: 62-73 (Writing Score)

A minimum of seven years of experience for EMBA.
