Dr. Tobias Endress is an Assistant Professor at the AIT School of Management. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in banking & finance, project business, digital transformation, and change management. His former (non-academic) roles include project and program manager, product owner, and business analyst.

He has completed professional training for banking, graduated in Computer Science and Business Administration (IBW) at VWA Frankfurt (Germany), in Business Economics at Avans+ in Breda (Netherlands). He got a Master’s Degree in Leadership in Digital Communication at Berlin University of the Arts (UdK Berlin) and University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Gloucestershire (UK). He is a fellow of the EuroMed Academy of Business.

His research interests include Business Management, Financial Markets, Decision-Making, Digital Business & Transformation, Forecasting, Innovation and Change Management, Project Business, Sustainability, and Teamwork.
