Alumni-to-Student Mentoring Program 2026
The School of Management (SOM) is proud to launch the SOM Mentorship Program 2026, a dynamic new platform designed to foster lasting relationships between alumni mentors and current students through a structured, evolving, and branded mentorship ecosystem.
Objective
Mentors can shape a student's future. You can make a difference with current SOM students and help them navigate their career options. Share your career experience and your professional network to help them develop a successful future.
The objective of the Mentorship Program is to create an opportunity for our students to learn from alumni's experiences. The mentors can offer guidance and personal insight in the student's career ambitions and goals. We aim to provide a platform wherein our Alumni can donate their time and expertise back to their Alma Mater. Overall, we hope to develop deeper relations between our alumni and students and a more powerful network within our AIT SOM Community.
