As a Capacity Building Associate, I have supported events organized by PMA Nepal. My responsibilities included drafting inception and completion reports, coordinating the design of banners and certificates, managing invoices, and assisting with event evaluations using Mentimeter and Slido. I also facilitated communication with participants and the Government, Private companies and NGOs to finalize event materials and designs, ensuring smooth and professional execution.
