Arranging drafts of facilities agreements, bank guarantees and collateral agreements for execution by relevant parties, ensuring due and proper authorization and execution of facility and security documents, appointing and liaising with external lawyers on non-standard form facility and security documents, collaborating with panel of lawyers to institute legal proceedings against default borrowers and performing the facility agent role such as delivering all types of communications and fund flows between the borrower and lenders and ensuring all the actions strictly follow the t&c of the facility agreement.

Proposing appointments and presenting about the available products and services to the energy companies, managing and delivering emails together with trial accesses for the available services to the new companies for the purpose of delivering in depth information and product knowledge to them, attending the conferences and exhibitions that are concerned with the energy sector
